Major Changes proposed in Labour Laws Rules-2018

The Ministry of Labour & Employment has published draft rules regarding the Central Labour Laws (Amendment) Rules, 2018 – Notification date 1.5.2018 – inviting suggestions-comments-inputs. When accepted, there will be radical changes in the compliances of labour related laws.
